bailojnr 0 Posted September 21, 2005 I''M SURE THIS HAS BEEN GONE OVER B4 BUT I REALLY NEED TO SAY I CAN''T UNDERSTAND WHY SHACKELL ISN''T PLAYED IN FRONT OF FLEMING. SHACKELL WAS OUTSTANDING LAST NIGHT. HE ONE EVERY SINGLE HEADER AND GOT SOME DISTANCE ON THEM TOO! HE SHOWED GREAT PACE ASWELL. I KNOW NORTHAMPTON AREN''T THE BEST TEAM IN THE WORLD BUT ON LAST NIGHTS PERFORMANCE HE SHOULD START ALONGSIDE DAVENPORT ON SAT. SORRY TO SOUND LIKE A BROKEN RECORD BUT I NEEDED TO GET THAT OFF MY CHEST.
ZLF 261 Posted September 21, 2005 It is of of those eternal mysterys that has been baffling us for far too long. As he partnered Doc does that mean he is now ahead of Flem in tehcentral position? But most observers I know had Doc as MOTM last night so I can see him rightly keeping his place for Sats game, alongside Davenport. As far as the subs bench is concerned worthy is right to have flem ahead of Shacks - flem can cover centre and full back injuries which shacks cannot do so well. The big crunch will come with how appears for the game against southampton (assuming doc continues as no 1 partner for davenport) after callum has left... And I know I am hard of hearing but can you please turn the caps lock off? It hurts my eyes... CheersOTBC
