I mean, Vrancic isn''t going to get stuck in but he''s least tried to make things happen with the football.

Poor all round but in particular Martin has put us in trouble a couple of times, Zimmerman & Franke have also made a couple mistakes each , Husband has done OK his side.

Midfield, Reed has been OK but nothing special, Vrancic like I say is trying to make something happen, Naismith relatively anonymous but running a lot, Stieperman doesn''t seem to know what football is (hopefully just first game nerves). Jerome has worked hard and probably been the best of a poor bunch

Indy, harsh on Naismith, I think he''s easily been better than Steipermann and Vrancic. Our midfield has created fuck all apart from Murphy''s one run and cross. Nothing else to report, and definitely no goal scoring chances created. They move the ball around like a hot potato.

Not really a surprise when you''ve taken your best two craftsman, Wes and Maddison, out of the team.

As for the defending, different week, same problems. I love the man, but Russ has been awful today, ball watching for both goals and some terrible decisions and passes leaving us exposed. Not good enough.

2nd best all over, and rightfully 2-0 down.

Have sat through some embarrassing performances here. The no show in our relegation season, the dismal effort of last season but this simply takes the biscuit. Special mentions to Martin and our defensive coach. Could easily be 6 down except for Gunn. Completely shambolic first half.

I know games come thick and fast but you have to play your best and in form players.

Farke needs to learn quickly that Naismith is just a journeyman and adds very little (never has, never will), and with Wes'' age, and Maddisons youth, we shuld be rotating both, not leaving both out.

And everyone knows NO is our main threat for goals. Two in two games is categorical evidence, yet doesn''t start. Wearimng teams down with Jerome isn''t going to work if a) Jerome can''t score (and only managed against Swindon) and b) if your defense is going to keep leaking soft goals.

AJ, the issue is Naismith starts means Maddison or Wes or both don''t! He''s got to be our best player every time to justify his 40k a week, it''s little wonder two starts by Naismith and we lost to Sunderland and now losing by two to Villa!

Bruce must have been grinning from nostril to nostril today when he saw no wes, no maddison, no pinto and no Oliveira. seems we are pretending we are the Chelsea of the championship where we can drop half our best players and still win. what the hell was Farke thinking dropping Oliveira I''ll never know, he is streets ahead of Jerome at the moment.

As for Russell martin, great servant but we need to move on from him, he''s simply not good enough.
