Five things we learnt from todays press conference.

Recommended Posts

1. Farke likes to tell a joke or two.2. Zimmermean also likes to tell a joke.3. Farke went on a day trip to Cromer & Wells, he enjoyed it.4. Something else.5. Something else.Utilising the above information I can now make my prediction of 1-1.

DF suggests it wasn''t romantic..... Sometimes it can be like that, pure lust rather than romancing. Let''s hope he didn''t bring back any crabs.

1-1

Does Farke''s trip to Cromer and Wells mean they are potentially replacing scampi on the menu with crabs?

Who has ever heard of a German relaxing? He was up to something on the north coast. Maybe The Eagle Has Landed?

Surely he was putting his towel down on a deckchair early in the morning? Followed by a meal of sausage and a huge glass of beer while wearing lederhosen...

The concern above Farke being a spy is misplaced. He was just preparing for his holiday next June by getting his beach towel down early...

Excellent OP. Bumped.

Really wouldn''t be out of place as a column in it''s own right on the front page, along with "Paddy''s Pointers", "Michael''s 6 things we''ve learnt", "Paddy''s Verdict", "Another 5 things Paddy has come up with a couple of days later".

There seems to be a pre or post match presser nearly every day! I''m struggling to keep up.

Much needed TC.

Today''s seems to be "5 things you''ll find in a DF Injury Wrap"

1) Oliveira is injured

2) Jerome is injured too, but not as badly as Oliveira

3) Klose is injured, but he''s almost not injured anymore

4) Trybull is not injured, but isn''t fit

5) Pinto is not injured, and is fit

The press conferences are good. DF tends to repeat himself, but the message is clear - give the young lads a break and don''t judge them too harshly - they will make mistakes in this period when we are short because of injuries, but they will improve and learn from their mistakes.  He also says every Norwich fan knows this - I''m not so sure, judging by some of the comments on here, but patience is going to be necessary.  After all the villains on Saturday were heroes on Wednesday.  Good players don''t turn into bad players just like that.  We need to be understanding and patient.

He''s giving some of them far too much credit. You''d think that all fans would understand this is a new, young team under an inexperienced coach but some fans seem hell bent on blaming the problems associated with our relegation a year ago on Farke/Webber. He''ll soon learn we''re mostly a good bunch but we do have a really vocal contingent of idiots.

Maybe in Germany fans are a lot more forgiving and less cynical - so he and the new players will have to get used to the nonsense that goes on.
