Rays Funds for the CSF with the Pink un Pickers Season 11 Week 3

Recommended Posts

Welcome PUPs old and new to

the third week of this Rays Funds season. This week we have Anthony selecting

the final six for the first time. Anthony joined us at the start of last season

and soon became a valuable member of our team. He’s certainly hit the ground

running this time with a winning pick in each of our weeks at a profitability

of 1.9. You PUPs have started the season in terrific form too so more of the

same will give Anthony a great chance of getting us this season''s second win. He will need your very best selections from the games played on Saturday,

Sunday and Monday of this weekend that are listed on the Bill Hill or Bet 365

web site.

We have Crabbycanary selecting

the final picks for our game at Villa. Unbeknown to me when I did the rota I

had chosen Crabby’s birthday! Top man that he is Crabby sent an extra tenner to

double the bet. So thanks to your generosity Crabby and that of PUPanon you

have a score to spend and can divide it how you like between the PUPs

suggestions and your own. Crabby has won making these picks on two previous

occasions, happy birthday buddy, good luck for the hat-trick.

I’ve provisionally set the

rota for September. Please confirm or otherwise with your picks.

Final Six Results

02 Sep – Gregt                            -

confirmed

09 Sep – Hammond1612

16 Sep – Lake District Canary

23 Sep – Mr Angry

30 Sep – Til1010

Norwich Game

02 Sep – Internationals

09 Sep – King Canary  –  confirmed.

16 Sep – Splutcho

23 Sep – Indy_Bones

30 Sep – Twidio

So now I’ll hand

the thread over to Anthony and Crabbycanary. Remember theres no pressure because we are all going to be doing our

best to help you to success. We all stand together with the single aim of

raising money for the Community Sports Foundation and our fabulous Downes

Syndrome boys and girls..

Good luck all you PUPs... take it away Anthony and Jeff... the thread is

yours.......[:)].......

Getting in early this week as I''ve got a busy few days from tomorrow, and there doesn''t seem to be a lot about at the moment.

I''ve gone for the South Korean K-League where Jeonbuk Motors, top, play Gwangju, bottom at home. Jeonbuk are 8-2-2 at home this season with a +14 GD and Gwangju are 0-4-8 away with a -15 GD. Odds are 1/4.

For the Norwich bet, I think we will come out on top, how about a 2-1 Norwich win?

행운을 Anthony, CrabbyCanary 그리고 모든 PUPs.

The Icelandic 1. Deild.Fylkir to win at home against Leiknir Faskrudsfjordur.Fylkir, second, have a  6-1-1 and 16/3 home record, Leiknir Faskrudsfjordur, who are bottom, have a 0-0-8 and 3/21 away record. The current odds are 1/8.---For the NCFC bet I suggest Maddison to score the last goal, at 11/1.Good luck to all!

Right, time to get involved in all this...

Burnely to win to nil this week - excellent at home, solid defence and West Bromwich don''t score too many.

For the Norwich match bet I reckon over 2.5 goals. Both teams better going forward than at the back.

Porto to win at home to Moreirense. Porto haven''t had any midweek European distractions, and should be far too strong for the perennial strugglers. For the Norwich match, Norwich to win and Oliveira to score the first goal is a tasty 11/1.Best of luck everyone! [:)]

Tricky week I would say, nothing in the two leagues I really look at (Champ, Prem) sticks out (other than the fact that Swansea are 10-1 at home, which is ludicrous and I will probably stick a quid on, but not a good PUPs pick for sure), so I''m going to have to plump for Bristol City to beat Millwall.

For Norwich, personally I hate John Terry and as far as I''m concerned any game that he''s in is worth betting on a red card being shown.

First off, Nutty it''d be a pleasure to pick the Norwich bets that day.

For the bet this week I think Coventry are tremendous value at home to Newport. They''ve won their first two games to nil and I think they''ll win again at 17/20.

For the Villa game, I think the game will finish in a draw, but we may get back into it as the game goes, so Villa to be winning at HT, draw at FT is 14/1.

Good luck pickers.

COVENTRY to beat Newport for me.

For the Norwich bet, I have a miserable record at Villa Park and I''m going again so I''m deeply tempted to suggest covering a Billa win at about Evens but I''m an optimist so will go with a Norwich win and both teams to score.

I''d loved to have picked Brackley who have won all their games so far. But they''re playing Spennymoor who have also won all theirs! Wayyy too risky for me. So instead I''m going to the SPL where Aberdeen and Dundee by coincidence have both played Ross and Hamilton. Aberdeen won both and Dundee lost both so : -
Aberdeen          v          Dundee          Home Win
Norwich historically do not like it at Villa. But this is a new dawn and many players won''t have experience of that. I do though! So I''m going to pick a goal scorer and say : -
James Maddison to score anytime.

Good luck Anthony and Crabby.

I''m guessing that Bournemouth & Watford will draw (at 5/2)

and

1-1 at Villa (at 6/1).
