Season is over lets enjoy ourselves. Nice to see Alex back, nice to see Chris back. 4:5 to Brighton why not have them win the league. Chris Martin for a hat trick, 2 goals and 1 o.g.

Pritchard''s/Stockdale''s brace was among the funniest I''ve ever seen. Kicking myself for not putting a tenner on them.

I wonder if Hughton will change tactics for the second half.

Decent performance, all that''s left for us now is to pi$$ on Leeds season, which would be a joy!

Because the area inside the posts is the target.  Anything outside that, is off target.Having said that, a shot that hits the post or bar then subsequently goes in the net without any further contact from anyone else on the pitch, is counted as on target.

Thought we held good shape tonight although only saw the match on television. Looked like Pinto went missing a bit tonight defensively, anybody at the match have get a better look?

Pritchard definitely MOM but thought Naismith put in a good shift as did Bennett.

A lot to be happy with tonight.

Defence learning to pass the ball to a team mate and meaning to.

Some delightful interplay in tight situations and the best performance by the two sitting midfielders for a long time.

Shame Josh didn''t see a bit more of the ball as he had Bruno beaten.

To be honest we have never had any problem laying at home when the pressure is off. It''s them other games which are the problems.
But that has hit the target NBS so it would be a shot on target.
Technically, has the original shot "hit the target", though?  For example, a shot hits one post, the ball does not cross the line, the ball rolls along the goal line, hits the other post and only after hitting the other post does the ball then cross the goal line.  Was the shot on target?  [:^)]

If the ball goes in the net via the post without touching another player, that has to be a shot on target. That''s my interpretation anyhow!

Top chant from Brighton fans tonight, "we only score when we''re sober!" 😂 Apparently they have been on the lash since Monday, boy did it show tonight! Very poor, but doubt they care!

So City didn''t do their jobs properly and that we only won because the other team was drunk?!

We did do our jobs properly, no shots on target though and Brighton were poor.
