First Wazzock 863 Posted May 9, 2017 Much respect for Ron. What a shame Villa have no recognition for what he achieved with them.

ABC (A Basingstoke Canary) 26 Posted May 10, 2017 Brilliant manager - respected (or feared) by everyone. Watching him "push" the likes of Big Dunc up Mousehold was awesome.Great pity that his reminder to his team before every game "they were playing for those who GRAFTED to buy a ticket" wasn''t etched into the walls of the home dressing room at Carrow Road. Hmmm, wonder if Stuart Webber could be persuaded to get it inscribed as our tribute to Ron Saunders? (And then ensures that every player recites it before they set foot on the hallowed turf)
