lake district canary 4,520 Posted May 30, 2017 Rewarding loyal fans - season ticket holders since 2009 getting season tickets for next season for just £100.......Some gesture! Will guarantee Huddesrfield are the popular underdogs for next season in the PL.
norfolkngood 1,070 Posted May 30, 2017 Maybe Stuart Webber''s promotion bonus is making up the short fall !!
AJ 1,218 Posted May 30, 2017 Nice club Huddersfield, and I quite like Brighton too, nice fans on either side. Good luck to them!
westcoastcanary 173 Posted May 30, 2017 According to the HTAFC web site, only about 4400 fans qualify for the £100 tickets, having had season tickets every year since the current chairman took over in 2009. Given that a HT season ticket for last season cost just £179, allowing for an increase in price this year, the cost to the club will be around £500,000. paddycanary 535 Posted May 30, 2017 Best of luck is right because they''re going to need it. I predict a 20th place finish, seven league victories over the season and mathematically relegated before the beginning of May.

Football isn''t purely a business of course and it''s great to see a club making meaningful gestures towards their longer serving fans.
ROBFLECK 131 Posted May 31, 2017 Got to agree with Lakey... nice gesture ... I wish Huddersfield all the best and was glad it wasn''t fookin'' Reading going up.
shefcanary 2,341 Posted May 31, 2017 Nice gesture, but with only two months to start of season, no replacement as yet for Webber and given Wagner''s approach to games in the last two months, it will be worse than watching Norwich under Hughton. Think the fans would prefer to be paid to sit through that.
ZLF 261 Posted May 31, 2017 Great gesture. And all on a budget of c£12m for the year, the same as early relegated Rotherham.Wish them well, but time to focus on our needs.
