RustysRevenge 0 Posted June 30, 2017
Can anyone name every face in that photo?
As I first looked at it, I thought - ''That''s Hucks! That''s Drury! That''s Forrest Whittaker?!?''I''ll be honest, I''m not a fan of this one. The sponsor ruins it for me. Ignoring any morality issue, the logo is aesthetically hideous. Branston Pickle 3,638 Posted June 30, 2017 So this is the one that was leaked - not so much of a surprise; I quite like it, and couldn''t really care less about the sponsor logo as it is what it is. I do wish we''d do our away kit at the same time, wheeling these things out piecemeal does seem unnecessary
alex_ncfc 649 Posted June 30, 2017 Don''t have a problem with who the sponsor is, just happen to think that it looks sh!t on there, very cheap and tacky. And the shirt overall is very bland. My personal favourite shirt in recent times was from the 2014-15 Championship season. No element of design has really gone into our shirts in years.
FCC 76 Posted June 30, 2017 However good the design I won''t be buying a shirt with a sponsor on the back. Just desperate and tacky. Retro shirts from now on.
Woodman 92 Posted June 30, 2017 that''s a good point, will the Bloorie logo be on the back of all shirts? Was there an Aviva / Community Fund one on last season''s?
Coq au vin 0 Posted June 30, 2017 The kit is lovely the sponsor kills it dead - looks cheap and nasty. Something from the early 00''s graphically. I''ll buy it regardless though, like the sucker I am.
Guest Posted June 30, 2017 Having a bit of a problem understanding the objection to the logo. It is a childish typeface admittedly but it is simple and small. The retro style is nice and simple and I think this is possibly our best new kit since the one first back in the Prem under Lambert.
hogesar 9,618 Posted June 30, 2017 I like it. Don''t like the Leovegas logo particularly but the good news is it''s not as big as it could have been!
The Masked Raccoon 0 Posted June 30, 2017 I''ll buy because it''s our colours, always will be.Stoopid people going on about advertising - ask yourself this, did you end up buying loads of Aviva products the past few seasons because? How many Protons and Lotus motor vehicles did you buy? Did you get heart burn from Colmans products and did you end up with a shed loads of mobile phones?Get a life some of our fans who have big deals with this. For one you shouldn''t be supporting any team in the Sky Bet league.
SwindonCanary 455 Posted June 30, 2017 I''ve got the scrambled egg shirt, but had it so long that the ''Norwich and Peterborough'' across the front has gone! Looks a lot better
Guest Posted June 30, 2017 Can anyone name every face in that photo? The bloke in the maroon top (Ben Kingsley''s younger brother?) next to Grant Holt is giving the bloke behind a bunch of five.
Lessingham Canary 99 Posted June 30, 2017 Wait until i see it in the flesh before commenting too much, dont like the idea of 2 logos though.

yoda 0 Posted June 30, 2017 It''s a pity they don''t give us the choice of shirts with or without the logo
Indy_Bones 441 Posted June 30, 2017
It''s a pity they don''t give us the choice of shirts with or without the logo
Really? What''s next? "It''s a pity they don''t let us choose the specific RGB colour scheme we want", or "It''s a pity we can''t choose the exact design we''d like"???Talk about "First World Problems".... CanaryNath 30 Posted June 30, 2017 Indy, that''s exactly what teams in Spain do. You can buy replica shirts with-or-without sponsors, it''s the norm. And guess which versions are more popular with fans.......Whatever next indeed!
SwindonCanary 455 Posted June 30, 2017 I think all football clubs are missing a trick here, make a shirt (or any top) in club colours and make them reversible to show a neutral colour. That way fans could wear them to away grounds and just change them around when required
Duncan Edwards 2,225 Posted June 30, 2017 Why would you want to wear it inside out and display a neutral colour?
Van wink 2,994 Posted July 1, 2017 There is still advertising space on the backside of the shorts and the crotch to be sold.
canarycop 205 Posted July 1, 2017 Can someone please comment on the first of the shirt when they have it. Last time was a nightmare and ahead to get a xxx to fit even tho I ain''t that big. Thankyou
The Bristol Nest 513 Posted July 1, 2017 All I see is the lamentable logo. I looks like a child has scribbled chocolate all over it.
SwindonCanary 455 Posted July 1, 2017
Why would you want to wear it inside out and display a neutral colour?
Believe it or not, at some away grounds, once outside you''re in big trouble wearing the away strip !
William Darby 0 Posted July 1, 2017 So what''s wrong with taking it off and having a t-shirt underneath if you''re that worried?
Lessingham Canary 99 Posted July 1, 2017 @SwindonBelieve it or not, at some away grounds, once outside you''re in big trouble wearing the away strip !   "> Whch grounds ? i have been to most away games over the last 5 / 6 seasons and havent had any trouble, not even at the likes of Leeds, admittedly Poorman Rd was a bit stupid, but that wouldnt have mattered what you were wearing, they were only brave because there was a big police cordon between both sets of fans. splutcho 173 Posted July 1, 2017 Thought I really liked this kit at first, but on inspection it''s actually a bit plain and dull. Hoping for a good away kit.
FCC 76 Posted July 1, 2017 Very difficult but I wish we could devise a unique design and keep it. Like Ajax with the one stripe, or Monaco with the diagonal halves. Very limited number of options though.

I''ve worn colours all over the country without a problem including at Wolves, Scum and I even walked to the Den in the mighty yellow. Never had any trouble anywhere.
