The rebuilding process for next season needs to start now, manager has to go, owners won''t as we well know but new boss would get couple of months to be ready for a reshape in the summer. Maddison and Godfrey must start to be integrated into the side. I''d also be inclined to get Morris back when fit at least from the bench instead of Lafferty though if he''s gets starts for Rotherham then maybe better experience.
