I''m not sure whether he would be right for us (there are some managers you just can''t really imagine at your club) but its fair to say that Grayson has done a fantastic job there. Did a number on us tactically earlier in the season although to be fair Neil gets outmanaged and done tactically by pretty much any manager with a bit of experience.
