Football management is by definition a short term role in all but a few cases and the same for playing squads.Don''t hold your breath that whim and sentiment won''t lead the recruitment drive.As I have said before: we have always been best served by mavericks. This would be a good time to appoint another. Someone who is their own person who challenges the Board and who they are prepared to back.Don''t hold your breath.
