He only had about a dozen games before that bonkers Italian spun the revolving door again.

My friends at Fleetwood can''t speak too highly of Uwe and see him as considerably superior to Graham Alexander (who was also at Fleetwood recently).
They also expect him to leave at the end of the season for a club in a higher division or, if they get promotion, to a more established club.  He isn''t being paid a king''s ransom either so there won''t be a large compensation payment, if any.  
He took time to have an impact but has delivered since then.  Since Christmas Fleetwood has won nine and drawn four (no losses).

I know a fair bit about goings on at Brentford through friends, and they certainly don''t agree about Rosler/Warburton: Warburton had been at the club for some time, as Asst Manager and various other roles, and knew it and the players inside out - it worked out brilliantly and goes to show how having some continuity can work really well.

This is another example of why we miss the old reserve team format so badly, there was always a greater opportunity to recruit from within.
