Lost again yesterday.

If Dijks hadn''t made that challenge we would have been 6 points behind them, with another home game on Saturday. Wednesday play Reading Friday night...it wasn''t beyond the realms of possibility to suggest we could have been 3 points off this time next week...

Somehow, if somebody can get this group together, we could still put a run together and put more pressure on them. Nobody seems to want 6th place

...indeed, everyone was emphasising the importance of the season defining game at Hillsbrough but actually the week since then has been just as damaging

. ..one point out of six for Wednesday since then, whilst we''ve drawn twice and dropped 4 points against 2 of the bottom four teams...we could have now been 4 points behind Sheff Weds with 9 games to go.

But as has been pointed out too, Fulham appear to be the ones to watch out for now, not Wednesday

In fact there have been so many "season defining" moments this season that they are no longer individual defining moments. Rather, together they define the entire season, which has been woefully inadequate and not deserving of a play off place. We are well beyond blaming individual errors now.
