Yes the BOD have made mistakes, they will admit that, but i just feel that whatever they do some people on here won''t be happy!

This is supposed to be a big season for us and we are drifting along now..

We still have a chance of the play-offs which equals possible promotion.

May be us "some" have the right idea because Smith, Fatso and Balls-up don''t seem to know what they are doing.

We all want an appointment, but we want the right appointment.

This (current) season was a big one, and hasn''t delivered, hence why changes are being made, but it takes time.

We don''t know what''s going on behind the scenes, but people may have been offered roles, and declined, or the targets we want aren''t available etc.

We may drift into the play off, and even fluke a win there, but surely that will only paper over the cracks, and be a worse position, longer term?
