Rays Funds for the CSF with the Pink un Pickers Season 10 Week 35

Recommended Posts

Welcome PUPs to week thirty

five of our tenth Rays Funds season. Well we’re up and running towards the

next big total now with £73 already in the presentation pot. I think we have a

great chance of adding to it with last year’s champion PUP Norfolkbroadslim

picking the final six matches. ‘Slim has already racked up a hat-trick of final

six wins and is probably our most consistent picker of all. If I could do a

league table for ten years I’m pretty sure NBS would be top. He still needs our

help so let’s give him our best selections from the games played on Sat/Sun/Mon

of this weekend that are listed on Bill Hill or Bet 365 web site.

It’s good to have a proper

game to look forward to again this weekend after the boredom of international

break. And it’s good to have Crabby back with us and to welcome him as the

final picker for the Villa game. Crabby, who has won twice when making the

Norwich picks, was a great asset last season where he had over 70% correct picks

at a profitability of +3.3. We missed your input earlier this season Crabby but

you qualified for picking the final six through that performance and I will fit

you in before the end of this season. For this week you have a tenner to spend

divided up how you like between your picks and those suggested by our great

team of PUPs.

The rota I posted

for April is all confirmed but I left a couple of spaces for the Norwich game

picks. Now you’ve joined us would you like to do the Brighton game Greavsy? The

game is the Friday evening so I would need your selections by mid-day on

Friday? Please let me know if all that is ok.

Norwich Picks

April 21st – Greavsy

Spoiled for choice with new pictures. Let’s

try this one which shows Katy (who I believe is our best defender), CSF Emma, CSF Darren and an assortment of PUPs behind bars…

Image may contain: 3 people, people smiling, people playing sport and outdoor

So now I’ll hand

the thread over to Norfolkbroadslim and Crabbycanary. Remember theres no pressure because we are all going to be doing our

best to help you to success. We all stand together with the single aim of

raising money for the Community Sports Foundation and our fabulous Downes

Syndrome boys and girls..

Good luck all you PUPs... take it away Richard and Jeff... the thread is

yours.......[:)].........

Thank you very much Nutty, and I hope that I can do some justice, to your faith in me.

My predictions, (in other formats) haven''t gone well over the season, so I need to up my game, this week, with other peoples money on it, so any help that the PuPs can give me, I will be very grateful for.

A league 1 offering for you this week

2nd placed Bolton (22-9-8 62-34) to win at home vs 2nd bottom Chesterfield (8-9-23 38-66)

For the match bet, probably mad, but I fancy City (based on nothing but instinct of course) and 11/5 strikes me as decent.

Best of luck NBS, Crabby and all you PUPs

Well done Purple last week & good luck to NBS & Crabby this week.
My (dubious) draws this week are:
Liverpool vs Everton (at 14/5); and
Norwich to draw 2-2 (at 16/1).

Buonasera Pupetti...

NBS needs little help, though the Estonian Meistriliga looks a good option:

JK Nomme Kalju vs Paide Linnameeskond - Home win

As for Crabby''s Norwich bet, a 1-1 draw is probably a reasonable likelihood, with two underperforming teams cancelling each other out as they build for next season.

Parma 🤓

Top v bottom in the Spanish Segunda which looks a good price at 4/9. Maybe I''m missing something : -
Levante          v          Mirandes          Home Win
Norwich against Villa away from home is difficult. I can only remember us winning there twice. Perhaps Russ can find the net : -
Russell Martin to score Anytime.
I''ve also got Yankee''s selections for NBS : -
Bayern Munich to beat Augsburg.

Hi everyone

My pick this week is sparta rotterdam v PSV EINDHOVEN away win.

The reason I have picked this is that there will be a pup at this game, my son little twidio is going on a school trip to holland so he will be there,in the ground to cheer them on.

Norwich bet I''d say Jacob to score first

Thank you for the very kind intro Nutty.  It really is a great privilege to be able to make the final selections again.  Thank you also for all of the great selections so far.  I will post my final 6 late tomorrow night, to capture as many options as possible.

For the match bet I am struggling to come up with anything positive for us.  Villa have won 5 of their last 6, conceding only once in the process.  We are poor away from home.  The best I can see is a correct score and scorer of -Villa 2 - 1 Norwich AND Olivera to score last.

Good luck everyone, the very best of luck Crabby [:)][Y]

This week looks a tough week in the English leagues, but it''s what I know so i''ll try and find NBS a winner. John Sheridan has always been a good fit with Oldham and looks again to be guiding them to safety and making them hard to beat. This week they have a trip to Southend who are on the brink of the play off places and desperately need a win at 4/5 I''ll take a risk that Phil Browns team will have just to much for Oldham.

Southend V Oldham Home win.

For Crabby I''ll predict a score draw

Good luck to both pickers.

The Romanian Liga II.Chindia Targoviste to win at home against Metalul Resita.Chindia Targoviste, with an 8-1-2 and 19/7 home record, have won their last four and still have a chance of promotion. Metalul Resita, with a 1-0-11 and 10/36 away record, have lost their last 3 and are 10 points off safety. The current odds are 1/6.---For the NCFC bet I suggest Ryan Bennett to score any time, at 16/1.Good luck to all!
