The attraction of having the remit to come in and massively affect the football department, from the tip of the iceberg with the first team right down to the Academy, makes it an exciting challenge for myself. It is a clean slate but no amount of press releases will matter until things improve.There was never a guarantee that a marquee signing would bring success but maybe might attract players.If he was the guy responsible for bringing in the likes of Moy at Huddersfield then I think he has an eye.
