That maybe so, but I''ve never seen Canos classed or used as a defender or keeper, ie the roles that have mostly underperformed; he was quite reasonably understudy to his preferred roles.

The whole team has under performed. They win or lose as a team. How many times have we seen strikers/midfielders stand watching at corners as they allow players they are supposed to be marking win unchallenged headers. It would seem that there was some sort of clash between the manager and the player. It became obvious from quite an early stage that he wouldn''t be given a chance. That''s football!
