Morisons Prozac 0 Posted April 12, 2017 According to a journalist on twitter that was retweeted by Rob Butler, Ricky Martin, Lee Darnborough and Tony Spearing are all set to leave. All three have clearly failed at their jobs during there time here and this is fantastic news if Webber is going to be bringing his own team in. Looks like we are going for a completely fresh start.

Bethnal Yellow and Green 1,557 Posted April 12, 2017 Like a new manager will bring in new staff a new Sporting Director will also do the same. Darnbrough and Spearing were always doomed. Surprised about Martin as he was name checked in the press release. Why people have it in for Ricky Martin I will never know - the man behind Norwich securing a Cat 1 academy.Hopefully Webber won''t just surround himself with his own pals and create an echo chamber. Guest Posted April 12, 2017 Is it evolution or revolution? Souvarine or Etienne?I think in this case, revolution might be preferable. The management structure is changing. Why not the coaching staff.
Lessingham Canary 99 Posted April 12, 2017 Can only be good news, think most were hoping we would witness some major sea change, and i think that''s what we are about to get.
Guest Posted April 12, 2017 Inevitable, I suppose. In his recent interviews Webber highlighted Norwich''s failings in a number of transfer windows as the root of our problems. So we can''t be surprised to see those previously responsible for scouting and recruitment moved on.Anyhow, Webber, as well as carrying out his new role, was always likely to want to bring in his own people behind the scenes. We will have to wait and see what impact their replacements will have.

pete 318 Posted April 13, 2017 Good news the deadwood is heading for the exit the salient question however is how much is this going to cost us. New bodies will also cost. Another costly piece of inadequacy by the board will they ever learn hopes lie with Webber.
