Fulham match thread

Absolutely nothing left to play for, we''ve even pretty much sealed finishing above Ipsh*te, perfect chance to give a couple of the younger lads a chance from the bench *sigh*

"No surprises there either!"

Except that a player we paid millions for (was it £7m, can''t recall?) has already become a bench-warmer. ie. Wildshut.

Who to blame? Alex Neil?

We needed another decent CD. Everybody seems to have realised that except that manager.

Anyhow he''s gone now and his sidekick will soon be off too.

Well we essentially sacked the recruitment and scouting team last week so I think there''s probably decent chunk of blame right there.

I don''t expect that to be the only goal in this match.

Imagine Fulham will grab another and wrap up the points, be very surprised if we came back into this with nothing let to play for.
Just turned the radio/SofaScore on. Stats suggest 76% Fulham possession. Are we being outplayed?
It''s only the first 15mins so stats aren''t exactly a clear indication, sounds fairly even tbf

Fulham are playing some very good stuff, just picking us off everytime we try to press high up the pitch

Totally agree but none on the bench yet again. Last week obviously a blip!

Irvine clearly has no faith in the youth, and only chance we''ll get to assess is in pre season games, which tell you little

Well done Irvine. We all know you don''t care but another wasted chance City!

Totally agree Samwam, absolutely nothing to lose by playing at least Maddison, Godfrey etc, a home game, full house give them a go. I guess he felt he had to keep faith with the players after last weeks cricket score

45 mins to get the first decent chance for us, shocking how Jekyll and Hyde we''ve been this season.

Agree. As fantastic a result as last week was, it makes it nigh on impossible to change that team.

Frustrated he''s not even putting them on the bench. Maddison must be gutted to come back here. AT least he was getting games at Aberdeen

Irvine said he was concerned about youngsters not being ''looked after'' by senior players if he brought them in to the team. Which is very worrying.

AHAHAHA Ryan Bennett gives a penalty away before even touching the ball!
First out the door this summer.

Lets hope its the last time we see Bennett in a Norwich shirt.

He is clueless I''m afraid.

2-0 down against 10 men! I wouldn''t be sorry to see the back of pretty much any of this spineless team

Bennett''s a complete waste of space. Villa, Huddersfield and now Fulham and that''s just his mistakes that have cost us goals in the last three games ...............
