Team for Newcastle

Because Murphy is a far stronger option on the Left than either Wes or Pritchard. He is physically stronger than both players and unlike having Hoolahan on the left where he is wasted, he won''t be tempted to keep drifting infield which will keep the teams shape

Ok. Agree to disagree. Imo there is no way Jacob Murphy is ''far'' stronger than Pritchard.

If Pritchard and Hoolahan play, we control possession in the final third. Murphy offers an outlet, but is often erratic. I''d prefer to see us control possession further up field and relieve the pressure on the back four. Defend from the front, so to speak.

what a huge 45mins that was.

Dijks has Ritchie in his pocket and Ritchie knows it. What an angry little man. What a player Dijks is...

Ruddy save at 1-0 was crucial.

Results not going our way so a win is crucial

I suspect AN swapped them round because Dijks doesn''t need as much cover ahead of him as Whittaker.
