Rays Funds for the CSF with the Pink un Pickers Season 10 Week 31

Recommended Posts

Welcome PUPs to week thirty

one of our tenth Rays Funds season. This week we welcome YankeeCanary to the

hot seat. Yankee’s our first ever champion and also has five previous wins with

the final selections making him a real Rays Funds legend. Yankee was one of the

first to support Ray when these threads started and he’s also been one of the

first to post a selection every week to support our team of PUPs throughout the

last ten seasons. It’s great to have Yankee making the picks once again so let’s

help him towards an unprecedented sixth win with our very best selections from

the games played on Sat/Sun/Mon of this weekend that are listed on Bill Hill or

Bet 365 web site.

We’ve got another of our

original PUPs with Syteanric making a return to pick the final selections for

the Norwich game at Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday. We all remember him better

as Jas The Barclay King and he’s with us this weekend because he was just 229

out when guessing the gate for the Southampton match. Welcome back Jas. You

have a tenner to spend thanks to our anonymous benefactor. You can choose from

the PUPs selections and your own Jas, splitting the tenner into as many bets as

you choose.

After Snake-Eyes great win

last weekend in the match bet and some more pledges the presentation pot now

stands at £1824. That is just

awesome. I never thought we’d be hitting such large amounts. Only two years ago

the record was less than £900 and then last year £1500. Take a bow you PUPs you

are all stars each and every one of you.

So now I’ll hand the thread

over to YankeeCanary and Syteanric. Remember theres no pressure because we are all going to be doing our

best to help you to success. We all stand together with the single aim of

raising money for the Community Sports Foundation and our fabulous Downes

Syndrome boys and girls..

Good luck all you PUPs... take it away Clyde and Jas... the thread is

yours.......[:)]..........

Hi PUPs.

This week I''ll go for Swansea to beat Burnley in the Premier League.

For the Norwich bet, I fancy Jerome to get on the score sheet.

May the force be with you.

Going for some odds this week: Sevilla to win away to Alaves at 19/20. Sevilla are having a terrific season and should be good enough to see off mid-table opposition. For the Norwich match, nice and simple: a draw.Good luck all!

Something of an awkward week for fixtures, so ideal to have the safest of safe pairs of hands in Yankee...what a fabulous Ray''s Funds record...

You can always rely on the Germans when the pressure is on so:

Regionalliga Nordost:

Carl Zeiss Jena vs TSG Neustrelitz - Home win

As for Syteanric''s Norwich bet I think it would be decent bet unfortunately to bet on a Norwich sending off. There is not overwhelming evidence to suggest we''ll win the game and anything other than a win really brings the curtains down on our play off hopes so frustration may abound thus:

Norwich to have a player sent off

Parma

This is always a special thread to post on but this week is extra special because it''s my good friend Yankee who''s doing the picks. Yankee has been around here a long time and rings me every so often for a catch up and is a top guy so I''m hoping that its a good week for my friend.

My suggestion is reading to beat Wolves

For the Norwich bet I''m unsure which Norwich will turn up so wont go for a score but will just suggest that Howson will score anytime. Good Luck to Jas

Anthony picks is Blackburn to beat Wigan and Russ to score for Norwich anytime

Have a great Friday everyone and lets hope we get a much needed win at Hillsborough

I''m off to Cyprus this week, where AEK Larnaka (Home - P12 W9 D2 L1 F26 A9) should be too strong for bottom of the table Anagennisi Derry (AWAY - P12 W0 D3 L9 F7 A30).  So, it''s -AEK Larnaka vs Anagennisi Derry - home win

For the match bet a correct score of -Sheffield Wednesday 3 - 1 Norwich

Good luck everyone, the very best of luck Yankee & Syteanric [:)][Y]

Thanks Jas. I''ll leave this until this evening just in case something the PUPs post causes you to change your mind.
I can only see an option for a red card in the match and not an option for a Norwich red card. Do any of you PUPs know if that''s available anywhere else?

I must be bottom of the PUP`s league after an appalling run of picks, so desperate times call for desperate measures. The Swedish Cup looks to be offering some good value odds this weekend for early season games so Norrkoping vs Halmstad  away winFor the City game I would have gone for City win and draw no betGood luck to all
