Mr Carrow is the best kept secret at Carrow Rd, if there is any trouble in any part of the ground, they announce it over the tannoy, and when its sorted, they announce he has left, unique!

It''s been discussed on here before.

Not wishing to state the obvious but is code for something, bit I''m afraid I don''t know what. Plenty of theories, and his location does vary.

Announcements come in pairs, with the 2nd always being, he has left the building.

Mr Carrow is used on the public announcement system to alert primarily stewards, paramedics and the Police that an incident is taking place in a particular area of the ground as in today '' Mr Carrow is in the away bar ''. Once it has been dealt with the stand down message is ''Mr Carrow has left the.........''
