They will change buddy. They always do. Just over 18 months ago everyone was trying anything and everything to get a ticket to watch Norwich City. Now it seems nobody wants one. Supporting a football team is continual change. Especially ours over the past 7 seasons.

Unfortunately, when the change involves sacking a manager, inertia tends to set in because of the fear of admitting that a previous decision might have been wrong.

It wasn''t necessarily wrong, time moves on and situations change, but the fear of being seen to have made a mistake in previous decisions can paralyze making future decisions.

Let''s face it, although there appears to be much consensus for sacking Alex Neil, selecting a replacement would be another ''easy to get wrong decision'' as there are many diverse opinions and the Club has a fear of getting another decision wrong in a short period of time.

It takes quite a catalyst to break through that inertia, maybe tomorrow?

One certainty exists,if things don''t change, they''ll stay as they are.

No they won''t buddy. The season will continue to evolve. before january is out we''ll probably be nearer the top or nearer the bottom. The transfer window will open and close. If the manager goes the next one will be better or worse. This board will be busy or quiet. Some will abuse negative fans and some will abuse positive fans and in this hypocrisy will abound.

Happy New Year.
