Am just wondering how I''d tell the grandkids about all this.

"Sorry boys but I''m not renewing your season ticket until the cook and her cohorts get out of our club"

Who''s the cook Grandad? Is that the lady who half warms our sausage rolls?

"No lads, she''s the owner and people don''t like her. Don''t worry, it''s all for the greater good. Some bloke who never goes said so...."

I sit at the back of the south stand, my season ticket is in the corporate area although I don''t get the extras, it''s ''seat only''. My price increase may be a little higher than other parts of the ground for this reason but I would expect price rises all round.
I wasn''t suggesting that''s the figure across the board, I accept they can increase corporate areas more but I would expect an increase everywhere to some extent.
I think anything more than a few % will be met with absolute anarchy.

To the OP, thanks for being honest and admitting that you are not a ST holder, however I would have guessed that from your idea as it shows a complete lack of knowledge or understanding of how renewals work. The longer I take to renew the more I will have to pay for my ST, the only option would be not to renew at all, I have thought long and hard about and I will be renewing......

I am beginning to think buying a 3 year ticket taking me to the end of the 2018/19 season might turn out to be a good move after all.

I suppose that depends on what league we''re in by the last season Tilly!

Have you got a kind face Wundaboy?
Perhaps that would help the youngsters come to terms with your plan. Delia''s got a kind face though....

I don''t see your point Nutty. Or did you need to post something, anything, just for the sake of replying?

Personally I hope that the season ticket rises are high. Maybe that will cause some people to question whether they get value for money from performances of late, or whether the board can be trusted with the cash raised from ST sales.

Unfortunately, the fact that she has got a "kind face" as you put it is one of the reasons she faces less scrutiny and negativity than she should. I''m sure if she looked like Mike Ashley perhaps more people would bring themselves to raise their voices against the way the club is being run.

My point was the one I made about my grandsons Wundaboy. You see whilst all this is hypothetical nonsense to you the people who are spending the money each season do so for themselves and their families. It''s all very well you telling us what we should or shouldn''t be doing but the reality is it won''t make a shart''s worth of difference to you or your kids/grandkids.
How did your last protest go?

I guess I''ll ask my kids if and when I have them Nutty, I''m 28 and in no rush. It does however affect my father, grandfather, cousin and uncle.

My last protest? Well I was at St Andrews after we were relegated to League One so I suppose you could say it went pretty badly considering we were there to try and persuade Delia & Co not to appoint Gunn as full time manager and they''d already gone ahead and done so that afternoon....

I live far away from Carrow Road right now, but I could afford a season ticket if I so wished. Unfortunately the heady highs of Wembley (yes I was there) are few and far between, and instead right now I find myself totally apathetic about the club and extremely disillusioned with the BOD and the direction in which the club is heading, I have no desire to see NCFC as a competitive football club sacrificed on the altar of Delia''s misguided socialist model which is long dead and buried.

Luckily I can find plenty of things other than football in which to fill my Saturday afternoons without suffering the only alternative that some on here face, namely "being dragged around the shops by the wife". She finds that idea as awful as I do!

Well I will renew but for the first time in decades for a fleeting moment it crossed my mind not to. Ticket sales will be down no question of that and any meaningful increase will accelerate that. People have renewed in the past after relegation buoyed by optimism and hope that is in short supply now

Season ticket holders who choose to do what they do on Saturdays.

If they do up the prices and I fail to have the resolve to do the right thing and tell NCFC corporation where they can shove my two decades worth of season-ticket support and wind up renewing, I will take a sh*t on Moxey''s car bonnet once a month to quell my anger instead.

Anyone any idea when the renewals are sent out? Must be any day now from memory and if some of the corporate areas are getting theirs then they must be imminent.

I might just be having a senior moment but don''t prospective price rises or freezes usually get speculated about in the press before we get the paperwork?

Hard to judge whether the poor season or price rises will cause numbers to drop but I don''t know anyone who has decided not to renew personally. Going by replies on here then plenty will be grumpy about it but will end up renewing anyway - myself included.

Having said that a hefty increase would be a bad misjudgment and could change things - can''t see it happening.
