We heard how certain players had let the manager down and that changes were coming yet Jacob was the only player to be dropped today, what does that say to a young player who started the season so well but should have been rested a couple of weeks ago. Shocking piece of man management. Why wasn`t he taken to one side a few weeks ago and told how well he was doing but that he needed a rest so that he could come back refreshed and ready to have an impact once again. Alex Neil doesn`t know how to communicate with his players, he seems to have had `words` with a host of them, the list is growing week by week, Ruddy, Bennett, Ollson, Brady, Naismith, Lafferty to name a few.
