The owners time

Recommended Posts

Smith and Jones are the biggest shareholders therefore can shape the club more or less how they want.we as fans can do little to influence this process other than not turning up at games which is unlikely to happen. All in all they have

done a good job keeping the club going. This is a business that has many pitfalls and they have avoided many.So we are where we are, a good set up with ok owners and a ok team in the league. It could be worse.

So you don''t think things could be better then with our squad of players and set up in the boardroom then not forgetting of course our great financial position ?
The current team is good not great in this league.we have to except this until Jan.
Do you have any confidence in the Board to get it right in January?

If the boy Martin has a clause in his contract which says he must be selected if fit, what chance do we have? We will just carry on conceding goals and losing games, both from a winning position and losing position.

With both Bowkett and McNasty gone, who on the Board is going to challenge the Stowmarket Three? Delia likes people around her who agree with her stupidity. So we are now going to get what we saw from 1996 to 2009.

Moreover no one on the Board has any relevant skills or experience:

Delia - retired cook

Wynnie - retired publisher

Foulger - chicken farmer

Phillips - publisher

Boy Smith - civil servant

Ballsup - academic/failed politician/dancer

Moxey - failed chief exec elsewhere
