Rays Funds for the CSF with the Pink un Pickers Season 10 Week 15

Recommended Posts

I’m still smiling about

Wolfie’s brilliant win last week as I welcome everyone to week fifteen of our

tenth Rays Funds season. This week we have a real chance of back to back wins

with Graham Humphrey in charge and making the final selections. This is a big

week for Graham as he has a milestone birthday on Thursday. I think the

milestone is that Graham’s been a PUP for one third of his life because he’s

been on our threads from the very start. Graham’s always supported our social

events too and is a fully-fledged Nelson Numpty . With the CSF quiz falling on

his birthday it’s the perfect time to present Graham with the signed shirt he

won for being top PUP in our Euros competition last summer. There’ll be lots of

PUPs at the quiz to give him a big cheer on the night. Graham’s having a really

good season with his picks sitting firmly in the chasing pack near the top of

our PUPs league with 11/14 correct picks and a profitability of £2.11. And of

course he’s a previous winner on both parts of Ray’s signature. So to help him

end his birthday week with another win let’s all give him our very best picks

from the games played on Sat/Sun/Mon

of this weekend that are listed on the Bet

365 or William Hill web site.

I’ve provisionally done the

rota for December. Please let me know with your picks if the dates are OK.

has the thread to himself this week. Remember theres no pressure because we are all going to be doing our

best to help you to success. We all stand together with the single aim of

raising money for the Community Sports Foundation and our fabulous Downes

Syndrome boys and girls..

Good luck all you PUPs... take it away Graham ... the thread is

yours.......[:)].......

Really difficult to find anything in the middle ground, as is often the case with international week. I didn''t want to go for such a short-priced banker, as I guess you''ll be inundated with those, but the odds for the Netherlands to win in Luxembourg are 1/7, which is a bit longer than a lot of the other shoe-ins from this weekend.Very best of luck, Graham!

Thanks Eddie for the introduction... and for not giving away my age [;)]It''s great to get another chance to do this, and I reckon I''m well overdue a win.  Last week will be a very tough act to follow - that was as comprehensive as it gets.  I usually get Christmas or an FA Cup weekend for my picks, so being an international weekend presents me with a different challenge, so a great deal of thought will be needed here.Just to let everyone know that I will be doing my picks earlier than normal due to some, er, quiet celebrations that will be taking place tomorrow evening, so I will probably be doing them around mid-afternoon, which I know might be a bit early for some of our PUPs (to be fair, it normally is for me too) but better to do that than wait until Saturday morning when I will be in no fit state to do them. Thanks everyone for their picks so far, and for the birthday wishes.

Hi Nutty

I''m afraid the 10th of December will be a struggle for me, as will be away and cant guarantee will have internet access for a few days, any chance could swap for any other weekend, Sods law I would be selected for the only weekend cant do. apologies if messes up your allocations.

Hmm...International weeks are always tricky...looked around for something interesting, but bit thin...apologies for lack of originality and inspiration:

Spain vs Macedonia - Home win

As for Norwich, predict lots of soul-searching, running up mousehold hill, staring into open fires, some sharp-elbow 5-a-sides and a bit of pushing for and shoving in the Car Park....

.....here''s hoping....

Good luck Graham Humphrey...

I hope you''re not setting a precedent here by including a photo of the week''s PUP picker Nutty!

I''m good for the tenth.

* thinks to self does he have photos of me?*

For this weeks choice in an effort to get slightly better value, I''m going for Portugal to beat Latvia. Good luck Graham and welcome to the old gits club.
