Much stick is being aimed at Neil which is largely justified

I go to all games what is interesting is the huddle he has with his coaching team prior to making a sub

They largely get it wrong on most occasions which leads you to think is the issue Neil or the fact we have really poor coaches?

Would the return of Culverhouse solve the problem?

Reckon there''s something in this. None of the current managerial team were defenders by trade. Surely it''d be beneficial, considering our current plight, to get someone in who''d be able to help in this area? Same could also be said for our strikers.

Are these coaches that bad?

Seb, Martin, Bennett and Olsson have had 3+ years and 3 coaching teams to try and help them and none of them have created a solid back four yet. Is it the coaches or those being coached?
