4-4-2 anyone?

Not true. Wes can play in a flat four. He cannot play in a four where he is doing his work in his own half. But he can adapt in the opponents half. Many times under Lambert in L1, he had to drop back slightly and did it well.

Spoke to some everton fans last season and they reckon Naismith would thrive on playing up front with another striker, just saying and they should know, 4-4-2.

If we were going to play two up top I''d put Josh up there with one of the bigger strikers. My worry about Naismith and Jerome is the lack of any real pace, meaning defences can just push up and squeeze the play, knowing we''re unlikely to get in behind. I believe Murphy has played upfront on occasion.
