Just put of curiosity, which clubs over the last 2 or 3 years have had owners put money in year on yer?

Isnt FFP supposed to be cracking down on clubs who are relying on their owners to bankroll them?

Also had a chat with Tom and like Nutty I was impressed, really nice young man, passionate about the club and eager for the fans to get to know him better.

He will hopefully be at our fans social club quiz in Feb so a chance for people to meet him
This is complete and utter drivel and plays right into the Board''s hands.

If the boy Smith is being touted as the next owner of the club then the main criterion required is money to put into the club year on year, not whether he is a very nice young man.

Supporters get club they deserve springs to mind.
For that to be true would it follow that non-supporters don''t get the club they deserve[:^)]

Okay so if the Wolves and the Villa have had takeovers, why would they bother if the new owners were not going to put money in?

Surely that''s the whole point of a takeover?

Would Leicester have won the EPL without Thai money?

Who knows? But look at the team that won the league - they hardly had a team full of players that cost 20/30/40mil. Each player in that team we could have afforded when Leicester brought them.

Villa & Wolves - they had an owner that wanted rid of the club. Somebody has to buy it. Doesn''t mean they can just pump an unlimited amount of money in

This is seriously deluded. Do you really think Chelsea and Man C would be doing what they are doing unless they were bankrolled?

Man C were League 1 not that long ago and Chelsea under Bates were no better than Norwich.

Yeah Vince that is all true but there have been just as many complete disasters.

Actually not too keen on billionaires self centred self serving ....... On the whole.

Look at portsmouth and Reading very nearly went the same way. There are lots like this in England now.

Delia might not be the richest and most successful but you know she isn''t going to bend the club over and shaft it hard.

If they didnt have a plan I woudnt be happy but they do and its about the youth and to be honest I am very happy about that.
