Graham Alexander has a win ratio of 44.32%

Alex Neil has a win ratio of 48.5%

On that basis we already have the right man. :-)

Alexander is on the up.

Unfortunately it looks like Neil is on the way down.

He has lost his mojo ; needs a few months out and a change of scene .

Looks good on paper...

HOWEVER the reality is AN has a win rate of just 30% from the start of last season to date !!

We have managed just 2 points from a possible 24 in games against teams in the top half of the league this season !!

I get all the love for AN I really do, he took us to wembley and we won whoop, whoop....

BUT what exactly makes anyone believe he has the ability to change things now ?

If Neil was responsible for our promotion he was therefore responsible for our relegation, it has to be both or neither

I put this one forward about a week ago and got the usual moaning from the AN bodyguards. I agree he is an excellent shout given what he has managed to do at two clubs with no cash at all
