A 'team' led by a tactician vs 'individuals' led by a one trick pony.

It was as simple as that.

We are nowhere near being a team and a team will always beat a bunch of more talented individuals.

Huddersfield (fair play to them) were well set up with a plan and fresh players.

Norwich were tired and playing as advertised.

A team that believes in their manager vs a team that want the manager gone. Only ever one outcome

I doubt the players actually want him gone as such, i just think they look devoid of all confidence which happens to all teams at some point but our manager doesnt seem to be able to provide a spark underneath them to get them started again.

I wouldnt mind AN being a one trick pony if there was a clear idea of what that trick was.

And as well as his limitations he is a man ruled by fear despite all the backing he has had from the Board.

He keeps going because he knows he will never manage anywhere near this level again.
