Yellowhammer

Never easy against bottom teams

Recommended Posts

Hope we don''t think it''s going to be a stroll v Rotherham ,in theory we should trounce them but bottom teams have a habit of raising their game against us and we have a habit of thinking it will be easy . The fans need to be loud and get behind city even if Rotherham are frustrating us .

Like Lambert said when the crowd are behind city we are much better .

Yeah, that''s the spirit lads.

A tough 1-0 would be okay but you know what will happen tomorrow:

We win easily = "well, it was only Rotherham"

We win narrowly = "won''t go up playing like that against good teams"

We don''t win = SACK ALEX NEIL

Tomorrow is essentially a free pass for the doom merchants. Fill your boots, lads.

It''s a myth the games against lower placed sides are harder - if we approach it the same as every other game (apart from Birmingham I should think!) that we will be absolutely fine, and we will.

And you''ll fill yours, no doubt, sniffing out every bit of negatvity you can. [Y]

We just need to attack, and then if we don''t score, attack again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again.

They won''t be able to cope with that strategy, I will wager.

Norwich on a good run. Neil manager of the month. Players all refreshed after the international break.

This definitely has " making things much harder than they should be" written all over it.

Bristol City and Birmingham both lost last night meaning that if we get three points today we are beginning to open up a bit of a gap @ six points from clubs which are beginning to show play-off aspirations.

Not bad after just twelves games.
