Clint 221 Posted October 25, 2016 Now when he joined us as a no-nonsense, tough guy midfielder, I thought at the very least our team would show fight, if nothing else.However, it appears that the main quality we have lacked in the last 18 months, is in fact fight and all the attributes that are associated with it.We lack desire, belief, competitiveness, motivation, bottle etc and sinply fall apart whether there is any kind of requirement to fight. We just roll over and die, metaphorically.Despite all of Neil''s other shortcomings, this is the one reason I think he needs to go. Whilst he is here, this mentality has not and will not change.
