Rogue Baboon 0 Posted August 31, 2016 how much blame does he take for the window?didn''t the club hire people to take care of transfer business?
Katie Borkins 1 Posted August 31, 2016 He may beHe may not beIf we knew everything up front then life would be boringHe tinkers too muchHe was better when he was bold and unafraidI think the size of the job might be too much for himBut I like him and would play for himAnd I hope he will come good
Wibble 109 Posted August 31, 2016
how much blame does he take for the window?didn''t the club hire people to take care of transfer business?
The trouble is those people are doing business with other people for exactly the same players ! homeagain 0 Posted August 31, 2016 We seem to have paid an awful lot of money for a headhunter to find Mcnally replacement & settled with Moxey after he lost his job at Wolves, why build for the future when we send the young lads out on loan (Toffolo)
Barclay seats 4849 the 3rd 0 Posted August 31, 2016 I have said and will continue to say until he proves something different ... He is out of his depth ,,, clueless,, and often his plan (a) is his only plan . A good example ( oxymoron) was his team selections and set ups for the last two games ,, most particularly the Birmingham game . Oh dear .Looking like another underwhelming transfer window " failure to sign the necessary and needed players for another season , I am thinking that Ricardo''s sentiments on another thread are ominous ,, we are approaching or now within a downward cycle as per Ncfc historically . Oh dear ,,, all so preventable .
iron_stan 0 Posted August 31, 2016 i dont think he can blamed for it, a manager can only work with the budget the board have given him, and its quite clear we have a "recruitment team" advising himthe board have to sell, they dont have the money to compete in this division anymore let alone the premier league
homeagain 0 Posted August 31, 2016 Maddison to Aberdeen, WTF is going on, one of our best young players should be on the brink of the first team
Mickdundee 0 Posted August 31, 2016 Nope he isn''t Failed last year chaotic this, why are we still waiting for him to become the supposed top young manager he''s supposed to be.
Lessingham Canary 99 Posted August 31, 2016 The Maddison move (if it happens) will be the biggest disappointment as far as I''m concerned, struggling with that tonight.
norfolkngood 1,086 Posted August 31, 2016 AN has final say on all transfers in and out !The blame lies with him not the board they set the budget his choice if he stays and uses it or leaves No point him moaning he knew what he had to play with instead of signing a striker he bought a 8million Midfielder who may be a upgrade but was that what we really needed instead of the striker we wanted for a year ? he has never built a team before and it shows when he arrived he had a team built by adams how about a manager who knows what he is doing building a team under some good young talent we have here instead of loaning someone elses 19 year old use ours !develop him / train him loaning our players out where we should be using them
