Perhaps there is more transfer news yet to be confirmed. Whilst the window close at 11pm, clubs have up til 1am apparently for deals to be concluded and announced.

No we don''t, Premier League clubs have until 1am, IF they lodged a deal sheet. EFL business has to be concluded by 11pm, there are no late deals coming.
