Alex Moss 2,165 Posted July 14, 2016 Not going but City''s training base in Burgenland is a fantastic (if slightly bleak) part of eastern Austria, right on the Hungarian border. I stayed in Illmitz this spring and it''s a bit like going back to the 1970''s or 80''s to be honest, it really is like the world ended around that era - not a flat screen television in sight! A very famous area for rare and unusual wildlife, birdwatchers come from all over the world to visit - next week will at least guarantee a large number of migrating canaries for the twitchers 👍 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
