7 goals and 10 assists for a struggling MK Dons team last season, I think this is his gonna be his season.I am as excited as the rest of you with Canos, but Murphy has very similar stats and I would love to see him, Canos and Maddison become first names on the sheet as the season progresses.Hopeful team start of the seasonMcgovernPintoOlssonKloseBennetHowson TetteyCanosMurphyNaismith/HoolahanJerome/ McCormack or AssombalongaI am forever the optomist but I think we will go up automatic and should see some exciting football on the way! Yeah I think people getting excited about Canos can''t not be the same about Murphy as, like you say, the stats are pretty similar.

AN commented at the press conference this morning that he was excited about the younger look to the squad, citing Canos and the Murphy''s in particular. Finally we seem to be building for the future with these and Toffolo, Thompson, Maddison, McGandles, and Godfrey as well.

Not forgetting young Ebou Adams from Dartford.

AN has said he wants to leave a legacy here. I believe he means through these players. It''s also great to have close links to a club that specialises in youth development in a fairly decent league. Hopefully Matthews will succeed in the same way Morris did last year at Accies. I mean the clue''s in the name with Hamilton, we couldn''t ask for a better club to send our youngsters to.

Josh played a lot more for MK Dons than Canos did last year btw, he''s also a bit older than Canos. I obviously hope both the Murphey''s make it but Canos is a step in class above those two

Ricky sorry but you cannot talk about the club specializing in youth development, how many have we developed into first teamers? Bought lots of potential who to date have not delivered. Southampton now there''s a development centre.

I watched last nights game against Dereham and the one to watch is Diallang Jaiyesimi, the lad is quality.

There were a few others that stood out, Michael Efette looked big strong and composed, Jamal Lewis is technically very good and lively at RB, Ray Grant strolled through the game like his dad used to and the forward pair of Benny Ashley-Seal and Uche Ikepeazu were a handful, wouldn''t want to run in to him in a dark alley as he is one big unit!!

Thanks for the Dereham Town update, Rich T. Can''t remember a time when we''ve had so many promising kids at the club - quietly optimistic that we have more than a gem or 2 or the ranks. For the immediate future, both Josh and Jacob, Maddison and Canos look to be the ones to watch in and around the first team, though I also remember Harry Toffolo playing against West Ham in last years pre season friendly and being very impressed despite an own goal, he really stood out for me that day.

We just have to look after them, not sure of the ages of those I mentioned but definitely looks good, and before anyone says it was only Dereham yes it was but technically they looked the part.

Read on norwich site there was 4 trialists, 1 being Ikpeazu who scored. Didn''t we sign Jaiyesimi from the side we played. Where does he play ?

Uche is a big unit, not the most mobile but always wanted the ball, took his goal well and did bully the centre half from Dereham.

Jaiyesimi played RW and is full of tricks, at one point he was on the floor with 2 round him and still managed to keep it and get away, looks to be a real player.

Yes, believe it was Dulwich Hamlet (think).

Ebou Adams was tidy also but not yet ready.
