morty 0 Posted May 6, 2016 I''m reading that Bennett is pretty doubtful for tomorrow.
Tetteys Jig 830 Posted May 6, 2016 Well if Bennett is crocked, this looks fun!Ruddy,Pinto (would be tempted with the Whitts/Redmond combo here tho)MartinBassongOlssonG O''NHowsonRedmondWesBradyJeromeBench with Jarvis, Mbokani, Whitts, Rudd, Mulumbu, Naismith, BamfordI think this side could at least create quite a lot, Martial should be having a field day no matter how we set up but you never know, could be Ronaldo during the 2-0 04/05 all over again! Hopefully this will be the 1 game in 20 Jerome packs the correct boots! You know he''ll get chances at least whereas Mbokani and Wes is a bit too slow and Naismith has been invisible lately. I do wonder if Naismith will start though. I said Hoolahan would start against Arsenal and, whilst it''s a rarity, I was proven correct. I''m wondering if Naismith being a bit more physical might be the go-to tomorrow.
WesHoolahansDefendant 0 Posted May 6, 2016 I assume all those who are putting Jerome upfront were not at Arsenal last weekend and are still trying to check the score on teletext every week.Absolute madness.
mrs miggins 0 Posted May 6, 2016 Mbokani is my favourite striker here, but Jeromes pace was very effective with Redmond to the side of him last time we played them whereas Mbokani will be up against Jones and Smalling (or whoever they put there); their strengths are similar to Mbokani''s, not Jeromes. Tetteys Jig 830 Posted May 6, 2016 Can''t see Mbokani getting a chance at goal vs Man U so while he''s well more likely to convert than Jerome, the fact Jerome will probably get a chance helps his cause.

WesHoolahansDefendant 0 Posted May 6, 2016 We looked far more dangerous as soon as M''Bokani came on, and very nearly scored.
Mr Apples 1,314 Posted May 6, 2016 Bammers (as he now known) for 60 minutes, then Mbokani on for the rest.Apples
It's Character Forming 1,156 Posted May 6, 2016 Hard to call on Mbokani/Jerome because neither has convinced. Can''t justify starting Naismith though because he''s just not had an impact.

Van wink 2,994 Posted May 6, 2016 Without Bennet I''m finding it hard to put a team together that will have a chance to be honest.I really think we need a five man defence, perhaps that means bringing Whits into the line up.😡

? 0 Posted May 7, 2016 It looks like Martial has been injured warming up , we''ll see. On BTSport, Chris Sutton has just said the players look petrified! His assumption being based on the players warming up!!! What an effing t@sser, why he has such an anti Norwich stance beats the hell out of me! T@sser! Katie Borkins 1 Posted May 7, 2016 No Martial, no Rashford, no Darmian, and no obvious out and out striker for Man Utd. We have to keep at them and 1-0 could be enough. But first we have to keep the ball!
