Our manager is not great but our board's efforts this season have been pathetic

Sick of it. Pointless getting into this league unless this board becomes receptive to investment or has a major change of attitude and decided we want to compete.

Our CEO/recruitment team failed horrendously in the summer and not a single one of them should see a penny in bonuses for this soul destroying shambles of a season.

But but but Jim, we will be debt free, surely that''s worth a £345,000 bonus for our CEO?? After all its the balance sheet that counts,never mind what league we''re in, let alone the fact that we have now missed out on a £100m payout! Come on, behave!

The investment one is tricky; we are debt free so would be expensive to buy and are out on a limb in terms of geography... I think McNally had said that for all of their searching for investment or ownership they had never been contacted by anyone serious or appropriate for the job. There''s not a whole amount the board can do other than say, yes we are looking for anyone who would be interested in plowing their personal wealth into the club, to get involved.

The recruitment stuff however had a huge part to play... The domino transfer issue causing us to miss out on targets, the late start because of the play offs, aiming a little too high and unrealistic with players? who knows, a little of all of that and I''d say some serious lessons will have been learnt with regards to that. We half saw that with the January window where we saw a much more aggressive approach and, admit it or not, I think we were all satisfied with our business.... Oh hind site!

I''m hooping once again we will act a lot quicker and really use our ''big club'' status to bully the transfer window in the league below, I also hope to see some of our better players being given a reason to stay, Klose being the priority in my eyes.

I do not believe the board are at all receptive to potential investors no matter what they might claim.

As for recruitment, McNally set up this so called "football board" which it seems just disintegrated and was never replaced. I think it was only ever a smokescreen to deflect criticism from him in any event. He should take the heat!

I dont think the board is so concerned about paying large transfer fees, the big issue is their unwillingness to create an uneven wage structure. This is the big issue preventing quality players signing for us. With Delia and now Balls up at the helm, both are true socialists and the policy of uneven salaries wont change , everyone should on or about the same level based on ther political leanings... We have to just accept that under this regime we will remain a yoyo club like it or not, enjoy the good times! Lots to look forward to next season in the champs.

I thinkwe need to bite the bullet and expand the City stand and turn Carrow road into a 34k stadium , or whatever putting a 2nd tier will do?

We''re fincianlly handicapped in the Premier lge as it is without turning away paying fans who want to get in to watch us, thats unnacceptable for a club of our size.

Obvioulsy any building work would encoach into any season, but doing it during a Championship season would be as good a time as any, as Championship clubs brings less fans, therefore during any building work, any disruption to our own fans getting in would be less harmed.
