Charlie Wyett speculates about stuff
The team taking the calls counter-speculate
And now to the phones....
Tony from Attleborough, off you go.
"It''s not about the signings, it''s about the players on the pitch."  ???

Why is everyone blaming McNally for player recruitment when he''s working inside our clubs structures and limitations.

Alex Neil wanted Naismith, Bamford and Pinto.......we got those in!

Scapegoat comes to mind!

I rarely listen to Canary Call, listening to Rob Bulters opening spiel I now remember why In don''t.

Quoting highlights only:
"Why didn''t the club buy enough centre halves? We got Klose in, but he''s not Bobby Moore."
"All the fans could see we needed centre halves, why didn''t the club bring any in?"
"You can''t blame McNally because we brought in Bamford and Naismith and they''ve been a disaster."
"It''s hard for Naismith because he can''t play off Lukaku any more."
"Leicester were lucky."
"McNally and Alex Neil have the same agent, maybe they''ll both go for the big job in Scotland."

"It''s not a good time to be unstable as a club."  (Because there is a good time...)
Anna! Talk sense to me!
Oh, you got one sentence before Rob Butler talked over you.
"When I was growing up I didn''t know who Gordon Bennett was, but kids these days know who David McNally is.  Is that a good thing?" *FULL ON ALAN PARTRIDGE MODE ACHIEVED*

It will be the same people calling in to express their delight, that threw personal insults at McNally. Lets hope those people have not destroyed our club.

If this rolls into AN now going it then means bye bye Klose Howson and Ruddy.

**Twatwaffles are out**
"The club''s gone backwards since Houghton left."
"Never did like him & the way he treated Gunny and Adams - good riddance."
OOOOOOOH, it''s Robin Sainty! Beauseant, late of this parish!  I can''t remember anything he said so it was probably sensible but a bit dull.
Butler:
"It''s terrible timing and not fair on the fans or the team, or manager, or the staff."
He said "furore" and pronounced it "fer-or-ray", ha ha what a knobcheese.
"If it had been a Norwich player on Twitter, David McNally wouldn''t have stood for it."  (Ryan Bennett etc.)
"There might have been a chance Norwich could have stayed up this season with some stability."  (LOL)
Eadie slaps Butler down for spouting sh*te, good lad.

Oh look out, It''s Bonita.
"I''m 65 and I''ve been going since I was 7, so I am green and yellow all the way through."
"Before his injury, Jarvis went along the wing like wind."
"If you don''t score goals, you''re not going to win matches." [y]
Butler: "I think everybody thinks everyone just moans on Canary Call."
Chris, talk sense to me.
"We are running a multi-million pound business worse than a corner shop." <<implied racism glossed over>>
Darren Eadie - "I don''t support a bank balance, I support a football team... as much as Lewis Grabban was a problem, you''re not telling me that with 10 minutes to go on Saturday, we couldn''t have done with him...."  <<LOLZ>>

Phew, last 10 minutes:
DAVID:
"It''s down to agents. If you''re selling a car, you''ll get whatever you can get for it.  Same with agents."
I stopped listening at that point.
Darren Eadie - "Steve Bruce was laughing at £3m for Brady, was that wasting time? Just spend the money and get the lad in."  (Easy to spend other people''s money)
DAMON:
"At the end of the day the players have let this team down, the last two or three results have been pretty good efforts."
(Sunderland 0-3, Arsenal 0-1, Man Utd 0-1?)
McNally Bonusgate:
"If it''s in his contract then he gets what he deserves."
Butler trying to stir the sh*te.  "What, financial targets?"
MERVYN:
"Thanks for the memories, he will be hurtin'', he''s a man like Marmite with big boots to fill."

Darren Eadie getting chippy: "Neil Doncaster did a lot of good things for this club.  You can''t slate Neil Doncaster, there were a lot of good things he did."
#awkward

Final Thought, Thank Christ:
"Where do we go from here?"
"Well, it depends on what happens."
Fantastic.  Nailed it.  Thanks everyone.

But ultimately that''s an hour of my life I won''t get back and has made me realise why I don''t normally listen to it! Cringeworthy at best!

"we are running a multi-million pound business worse than a corner shop."
Implication: corner shops are badly run
Association: corner shops are stereotypically run by Asians
A bit awkward, I think.
