It feels strange because to make it feel like we''ve had a good window we''d need to get in at least another player of proper quality. Luckily I think we will, and as others have pointed, that loan slot is an interesting one indeed.

I do wonder if we''ll sell Redmond and get in Townsend.

Yes indeed but as yet it''s not worked out.

Hopefully a better defensive line up will let Redmond have more freedom which has been denied him this season.

But to be honest even then I am not sure and wonder if it would be better for everyone if he moved onwards and upwards?

Good old York. Most of those transfers have been loans I believe. They certainly need them to start performing or things are going to be very, very bad and they will be moving into a nice, big, shiny new stadium whilst playing non-league football
