nutty nigel 7,902 Posted January 20, 2016 Welcome to week twenty five ofour Rays Funds season. This week we have Mandie Moo’s Mear Kat making the finalsix selections. MMMK is the unluckiest PUP ever in getting a final six win. Hisfour previous turns in the hot seat have each been scuppered by just oneresult. With that record he clearly is very good at making the final picks andit’s only sheer bad luck that Nigel’s not had the couple of wins his effortsdeserve. Not just a top PUP Nigel is also a top guy and was great company whenI travelled with him to that very special day at Wembley last year. I’m reallyhoping he finally gets the rub of the green this weekend and we can help makethat happen by giving him our very best suggestions from the games played onSat/Sun/Mon of this weekend that are listed on the William Hill or Bet 365 websites. YorkshirePuddingis making the Norwich match selections for the game against Liverpool onSaturday. It’s great to be able to give the PUPs who join our group an earlychance to play a more active role. While the final six results are picked byPUPs who finish in the top 40 of our main table these match picks give anopportunity to other which was one of the aims of our anonymous benefactor towhom I’m forever grateful. For the last few seasons we had a PUP called GravyCanary. Shame he’s left because I think he’d have got on famously withYorkshirePudding. Yorkie, you have a tenner to spend in any way you like fromthe suggestions made by the PUPs and your own. Just waiting for Daz to confirm and the we’ll be all set for February. Final six matches.06/02 Cosmic twin – Confirmed.13/02 Gregt - Confirmed.20/02 Chellecity -Confirmed.27/02 Norfolkchance1 – Confirmed. Norwich Match06/02 JF – Confirmed.13/02 Daz20/02 No game27/02 Kathy Now I’ll hand the thread over to MMMK and YorkshirePudding. Rememberthere’s no pressure because we areall going to be doing our best to help you to success. We all stand togetherwith the single aim of raising money for the Community Sports Foundation. Good luck all you PUPs... take it away Nigel and YorkiePud ... the threadis yours....... TIL 1010 5,246 Posted January 20, 2016 A very good evening to you Nutty and wishing good fortune to MMMK and YorkshirePudding ( i bet he loves gravy [;)] ) not forgetting all you other lovely PUPs out there.Off to Frogland and a HOME WIN for PSG v Angers. For the Norwich bet Naismith to score on his debut at anytime.Interesting to note that ChelleCity has not posted yet but following a conversation at Bournemouth last week i understand that once Hissing Sid has done his selection which he has just done he in fact helps with her pick so no doubt she will be along shortly. 93vintage 16 Posted January 21, 2016 For the Norwich bet we need points and I expect us to keep it tight. A Liverpool/Draw @ 1/4, of if you''re feeling adventurous a Norwich/Draw @ 17/20 would be reasonable choices.Fulham to beat Hull at home @ 11/4 looks decent value. The Great Drinkell 51 Posted January 22, 2016 Charlton are in a terrible place at the moment having conceded 11 gaols and scored 0 in their last 2 games. I''ll take NCFCOB to leave with the points and at Even money this looks the bet of the weekend to me.Charlton V Blackburn Away winFor the city bet I think Liverpool live on reputation rather than any great ability any I''ll take a Howson any time goal as my bet.my advice to AN is don''t spare the horses it''s time to clip Klopp .... I''ll get my coat.Good luck pickers
R Mellie 0 Posted January 22, 2016 To Italy this week, and a third from top v third from bottom offering - Inter Milan v Carpi HOME win for me please. For the Norwich bet, Mbokani to score last in a 2:1 NCFC win... Good luck MMMK & YP and of course all pups.
Feedthewolf 5,885 Posted January 22, 2016 Atletico Madrid to beat Sevilla please. Despite being seventh in the table, Sevilla still haven''t won away from home and have only scored five goals on their travels all season. Atletico have only conceded eight goals in 20 matches, so if they can score then they should win.For the NCFC match, Naismith to score on his debut against Liverpool is too tempting to resist. 3/1 anytime, or 9/1 first/last if you''re bold enough to pick it.
Feedthewolf 5,885 Posted January 22, 2016 Hang on a sec – just noticed that Ivo Pinto is an astonishing 35/1 to score anytime! For comparison, Steven Whittaker is 14/1 and Timm Klose is 9/1. Assuming that Pinto is up to speed enough to start the match, that''s a ridiculous price.
Molly Windley 76 Posted January 22, 2016 Good luck to all, especially MMMK and Yorkshire PuddingFor no particular reason I fancy an away win in the Hoffeneim vs Leverkusen Bundesliga game at around 4/5Confident of a good performance and result for City this week so my 50p would go on a 2-0 win at 20/
