Anyone missing NOT being part of the FA Cup this W/E??

Recommended Posts

Far from it.

It has allowed the focus to remain on strengthening the squad and integrating the new players, so it couldn''t have worked out better.

Just a pity more of the relegation threatened sides aren''t still involved.

Of course I miss not being in the 4th round, but we (the club) decided it wasn''tin our best interests this year as we have to concentrate on preserving ourPrem status. Can someone please remind me how we''ve fared in the league since the 3rd round defeat.

I think you might find that it was Messrs Aguero, Iheanacho and de Bruyne who decided it actually Les.

But hey, anything to have a go at the club eh?

It wouldn''t be quite so galling if we actually achieved something in those last 3 league games.OK, we scored 4 against Liverpool, but we still lost, nil points again. A draw would have beenacceptable, considering the crazy game it turned out to be.Yes, I''m still peeved that we didn''t try harder in the 3rd round.
