Fuzzar 1,701 Posted February 5, 2016 So do we sit and hit them on the break? Or take the game to them?
Row D Seat 7 0 Posted February 5, 2016 As he said last time we played them. This time I think he''ll get a point though, in a high scoring draw.
It's Character Forming 1,156 Posted February 5, 2016 Yes I remember him saying last time was a must-win game, so given that they lost, why are we having to play them again ? Personally I think this is bigger than a "must-win" game for us.
It's Character Forming 1,156 Posted February 5, 2016 Being sensible I think we definitely need to return to the controlled approach we took against Swansea, Villa, Soton etc. It doesn''t matter if we don''t dominate possession. The important thing is that we stop them creating chances, while making chances ourselves when we have the ball. If we do that and are composed we will score goals. Essjayess 307 Posted February 5, 2016 13 points from 24 games....I doubt theres much else Remi could factually say, not that it fools Villa fans, they seen to much happen in the last 5 years to know that even a win against City wont change Villas situation. Norfolk Mustard 94 Posted February 5, 2016 Well, it''s true - for them it IS a ''must-win'' game. That means they will need to take the game to Norwich and attack. A draw is simply no good to them; it''s 3 points or bust. It''s not much different for us though is it? What a game this should be!
djc 0 Posted February 5, 2016 We must take the game to them. it is no good us sitting, waiting to hit them on the counter attack. We need a win, we must not lose. and the more goals we win by the better our goal difference will become.
Katie Borkins 1 Posted February 5, 2016 It''s a must-MUST-win game.A twelve-pointer.Bigger than Wembley.
Tetteys Jig 830 Posted February 5, 2016 Funny one really. I expected Bournemouth to be right in the thick of it still but thought Newcastle would have pulled clear by now.It isn''t "must win" for us really but we are making incredibly hard work for ourselves if we don''t take opportunities like villa away. If we draw, we will still likely not be in the bottom 3.
Branston Pickle 3,598 Posted February 5, 2016 It''s not got to a ''must win'' status for us yet (not with 1/3 of our games to go) - though clearly getting a win and ending our crappy run is getting more important - but realistically for them they would be, what, 5 wins from safety if they lose; we''d only potentially slip into the bottom three. nutty nigel 7,351 Posted February 5, 2016 How many "must win games" have we had this season? It seems like it''s every other week. Some we''ve won and some we haven''t. So were they really "must win"?
BroadstairsR 2,093 Posted February 6, 2016 It''s a must win game because Villa are on our list of the teams we need to beat.Mini-relegation league and all that.
