Kanadyan Kanary 121 Posted February 6, 2016 Changes too late. Many of you were calling for Bamford and Redmond. Why didn''t the manager see it. Surprised Mulumbu is still on.

First Wazzock 902 Posted February 6, 2016 I have been quietly confident we would stay up this season, and today''s game decides nothing. But going down is looking more likely week by week - poor poor performance against a team who have only won once at home all season FFS

Alex Moss 2,165 Posted February 6, 2016 We need to do to Villa what Liverpool did to us second half a couple of weeks back. Fingers crossed...
havemyhowsonit 0 Posted February 6, 2016
We''re going down. Something is very wrong with this team. No fight or spirit
The manager and coaching staff
Mooney 0 Posted February 6, 2016 Redmond should have started. Hoolahan just runs around in circles like a twat. Our two holding midfielders would struggle to get into any championship sides
King Klose 0 Posted February 6, 2016
We need to do to Villa what Liverpool did to us second half a couple of weeks back. Fingers crossed...
You can honestly see that happening? Not a chance in hell,
Kanadyan Kanary 121 Posted February 6, 2016 Only we can make this cr@p Villa side look like an effective team. They were sh@t in the first half and now they are playing with confidence. FFS.
Tetteys Jig 830 Posted February 6, 2016 Let''s be honest, there''s not a single combination of 11 players we have that is good enough. If it''s not one playing rubbish, it''s the other. I think Brady might be the only one that deserves to stay in this league. Utter useless.
Martin Bryant 0 Posted February 6, 2016 surely need Ruddy back in goal?last 6 games goals conceded-33353 2 (so far) not saying its all Rudd''s fault but.... :-/
Samwam27 519 Posted February 6, 2016 Bizarrely, rather than trying to grind teasm down (like Hughton) and constantly going goals behind, AN could try putting out an attacking line up!Mbokani might be a beast, but he''s not scoring goals. That''s what we need desperately. Lets start planning for Championship now.No point sacking AN, there''s no guarantee anyone''s better
? 0 Posted February 6, 2016 Seriously think Villa will finish above us now! Just given their whole team a massive boost! Can''t see us recovering our form with the current set up. I just have this overwhelming feeling of ''what might have been''!!A long sojourn in the Champs beckons!
Kanadyan Kanary 121 Posted February 6, 2016 Still think we will score on this game. We just need to get it soon to give us chance to gain some momentum.

Crafty Canary 495 Posted February 6, 2016 If we lose to the worst team in the league then we can have no confidence in getting a win against any of the others as they are all better than Villa and it would seem ourselves. This would be six defeats on the trot so AN must be coming under increasing pressure to show he has some ideas on how to stop the rot. My_left_foot 0 Posted February 6, 2016 It''s relatively simple. The majoroty of the players are not good enough at this level whether individually or as a team. O''Neill''s miss sums it up. Now equal worst for goals conceded - that only ever means you will end up in bottom 3. Similar to last time we were in the Premier when we looked OK but then dropped in to the zone and never got out again. We are just doing a bit earlier this time!Oh well, more games next year and plent of evening matches, plus we should be towards the top end of the Championship! Shame to miss ut on that £99million though.
unique 434 Posted February 6, 2016 Mulumbu..........O''Neil..........Dorrans........ Jarvis........Wisdom.......mid-table PL teams'' cast offs that add very little to the mix of flaky, inconsistent Championship standard players such as Martin, Redmond, Jerome, Bassong, Olsson, Whittaker, Howson and Ruddy......all bound by the ability to regularly surrender possession and produce an endless stream of mistakes.......... AmericanNorwichFan 0 Posted February 6, 2016 70th min. We need a goal.
iron_stan 0 Posted February 6, 2016 we need to set up and play to our strengths not the opposition, we need to play a balanced team with players in their correct positions not square pegs in round holes, which funnily enough is exactly what hughton did when we were relegated
? 0 Posted February 6, 2016 This has become appalling! We needed to win this and instead we have just abjectivly surrendered and made Villa look a top six side!! Effing disgusted!Neil out!

Tetteys Jig 830 Posted February 6, 2016 Think we''ve reached a new level of uselessness twice in the space of a week. Time to start the planning for the championship.Of the new signings, Klose looks average, Pinto looks a poor defender, Naismith looks alright bit not enough and Bamford hasn''t done much. I honestly don''t think we have enough quality there. Ferguson could be manager and we''d be doing no better.
wcorkcanary 4,329 Posted February 6, 2016 I thought he played round pegs in square holes and thats why we were relegated.
