By all means give him reserve team run outs with Iwan which will be very good experiance, but keep him away from the first team, he''s not ready.Elvis''s month loan ends with the gills match next tuesday so he''s off anyway. It did a world of good to people like Jermaine Defoe, giving them heaps of confidence and chance to prove just how good they are when playing week in week out in a competitive league. rich 0 Posted September 9, 2003 I agree, if worthy doesn''t want to play the likes of shackell, jarvis and henderson then tehy should be farmed out to get some experience, it can only do wonders for the team and we can recall them if things get bad.Your right though I forget the elvis deal was one month, I did feel a bit sorry for him, he showed flashes, but never got a fair run out.
