Buh 0 Posted January 15, 2016 Will always love Simeon Jackson for his Derby hattrickOne of the best moments ever as a city fan"The place is going bananas!"Fair play to him and lambert
Guest Posted January 15, 2016 Lambert likes to bring in players he''s worked with before. Did it here with Fox, Tierney and Martin etc. Makes sense if you''re working with a limited budget - you know what you''re getting.
It's Character Forming 1,160 Posted January 15, 2016 He''s a decent Championship striker, makes sense on both sides. Will never forget that goal against Derby in injury time - I was about 30 yards away in the lower Barclay and it has to be the noisiest the stadium has ever been. Van wink 2,994 Posted January 15, 2016 Thought he was older than 28.He gave us some great moments and will do well for Lambert.Good luck to them both, both City legends in their own way.Lambert is in the right sort of job now, watch him fly.
It's Character Forming 1,160 Posted January 15, 2016
I think you mean he was a decent championship striker
I guess if you''re being ultra-pedantic, what I meant was that he performed to a decent level in the Championship when he was with us, but didn''t make the step up to the Prem. I''ve no idea what standard he''s now playing at given that he''s been playing at a lower level since he left us.
Well b back 3,190 Posted January 15, 2016 Vanwick said '' Lambert is in the right sort of job now, watch him fly ''. Lol with due respect to what Lambert did here they have not won in 5 losing 3 of those ( including Bolton ) and in those games they have managed a mere 1 goal. They are dive bombing towards the bottom 3 and their goalscorers have suddenly stopped scoring. This seems to mirror his time at Villa
ca 1 Posted January 20, 2016 Lambert is completing the deal for Eliott Ward today who''s on loan at Huddersfield from Bournemouth. Also got E Bennett and Jackson and have got Danny Graham on loan today
Grant Holts Moustache 105 Posted January 20, 2016 Been linked with Holt and seen reports of enquiries for Pilkington too. Sounds like he is trying to recreate his old Norwich team.

Absolutely mental celebrations, the whole stadium was going nuts. Even a few in the river end raised a thermos cup in salute.
