Bradwell canary 109 Posted November 14, 2015 ..........Tommy Byceland. If any of you are old enought to recall Tommy playing for us. A real playmaker.I see many of his best traits in Wes. Two of our best player in term of skill.Who else do you consider of our old boys to compare with our little Irish wizard?
nutty nigel 7,528 Posted November 14, 2015 Yes he is buddy!:Tommy was my first ever fav player. They are very similar in many ways. Tommy just edges it for me because he was more of a goalscorer. But both a joy to watch and we''re lucky to have watched them.

I remember Wiz telling me Wes wasn''t nearly as good as those two but for me, Wes is by far the best. Simply because he''s played a lot of his football at the highest level and on the international stage whereas Jimmy was with us in the third division and Tommy the second. I feel very privileged to have seen all three in their pomp.
