pete 318 Posted October 19, 2015 No sorry can''t make one for our defence but similarly defences this season in the Premier League are just as poor with one or two exceptions.Until the implosion surrounding Tettey''s withdrawal we were in the game with the Newcastle defence just as poor.The other teams down the bottom of the league have poor defences. Sunderland coping with Kaboul and Coates, Villa with underperforming new recruits, Watford who cannot score at home, Bornemouth who are without their main CB until Xmas. Even WBA with the expensive Evans.Further up the league defences are poor Man C without Kompany, Chelsea with Terry, Stoke without Shawcross and Swansea are struggling.Every team will be looking to strengthen in January and there is little hope players will want to come to City. Therefore we may have to cope with Bassong and Martin however Mulumbu coming back to aid the midfield to protect the defence could be the answer to our prayers.
